  1. Heat olive oil in a pan with a thick bottom.
  2. Lay in stages, with an interval of 2-3 minutes, constantly stirring: chopped onion and bell pepper, chopped garlic, potatoes in a large cube.
  3. After the vegetables are slightly fried, put in a pan peeled and chopped tomatoes.

  5. Stew the soup until the potatoes are ready.
