  1. Prepare a mackerel. Clean and rinse.
  2. Pour tea, salt and sugar into a large container.
  3. Pour boiling water.
  4. Let it brew for 30 minutes and cool at the same time.
  5. Immerse the fish in the cooled marinade.
  6. Close the lid.
  7. Put in the refrigerator for 4 days.
  8. After 4 days, rinse the fish and cut portionwise.
  9. Serve with chives. Can be watered with sunflower oil.
