  1. Defrost the fillet, cut into oblong pieces. Breaded salmon

  2. Make a batter of mayonnaise, flour and lemon juice.

  3. Pour the breading mixture onto a plate.

  4. Salt and pepper the fish.

  5. Dip each piece in batter and roll in breading.

  6. Fry in a pan for 10 minutes on each side.
