Softened butter mix with lemon zest and finely chopped dill.

We spread the aromatic oil on the cling film, turn it off, form a bar and send it to the freezer for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle pieces of salmon with ground pepper, salt and send to hot oil.

Fry fish fillet from 2 sides for 2-4 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pieces) over medium heat and spread on a plate with garnish. We take out the frozen oil and cut into pieces. Add aromatic butter to the hot salmon and serve immediately on the table.
