  1. Cut the steaks and remove the bones.
  2. Finely chop onion and garlic and fry on vegetable oil.
  3. Pour in soy sauce.
  4. After 2 minutes add the pulp of tomatoes.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes under the lid over low heat.
  6. Salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  7. Fry fish on both sides for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Done.
