- Finely chop the pepper, onion and garlic. Ginger rub on shallow side of the grater. We pass the vegetables in vegetable oil with paprika.
- Free the fish from the skin and cut into cubes, 2 pieces leave with leather for decoration. We release the tomato from the skin, chop finely. Add tomato to sautéed vegetables.
