  1. Finely chop the pepper, onion and garlic. Ginger rub on shallow side of the grater. We pass the vegetables in vegetable oil with paprika.
  2. Free the fish from the skin and cut into cubes, 2 pieces leave with leather for decoration. We release the tomato from the skin, chop finely. Add tomato to sautéed vegetables.
  3. Pour the vegetable broth. Add salt, sugar and ground chili. Spread the pieces of fish and cook another 2 minutes. Pieces of fish with season with salt, black pepper and fry on in the pan.
  4. Garnish soup with pieces of fried fish and chopped green onions. Enjoy your meal!
