This soup is made in Spain after Christmas, when in the country the season of oranges begins. Soup traditionally should be cooked at home in pottery, only from white fish. It turns out very yummy!

  1. Cut the fish into pieces.
  2. Remove the zest from one orange.
  3. Pour everything with water, cook until fish is ready for 15 minutes and simmer another quarter hour.
  4. Remove the fish, separate the meat from the bones. Strain the broth.
  5. Fry in a pan with a thick bottom in olive oil crushed cloves of garlic. Remove the garlic after roasting.
  6. Put the onion in the garlic-flavored oil, fry 5 minutes on low heat until soft.
  7. Blanch the tomato and peel. Add to Onion finely chopped tomato, stew for 3 minutes.
  8. Cut the potatoes into cubes and put in the pan. Fry 3 minutes.
  9. Pour the vegetables with fish broth, boil for 5 minutes.
  10. Put fish meat. Salt and pepper the soup to taste. Cook 15 minutes on low heat.
  11. Squeeze juice from lemons and oranges in a saucepan. Boil 3 minutes and serve.
