  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, add water and cook 20 minutes.
  2. Cut leek into rings, carrots into small cubes.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil until light brown.
  4. Put the fried vegetables to the potatoes.
  5. Rinse the broccoli, sort into inflorescences, cut the stalks. Dip broccoli in the soup, cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Disassemble the canned fish into pieces and put together with broccoli.
  7. Rinse the spinach, chop the noodles. Dip the spinach in the pan five minutes before soup is ready. The soup is ready. Serve with sour cream.
