  1. Disassemble cabbage for inflorescences.
  2. Rinse the rice.
  3. Boil the water. Put washed rice in it, cook 5 minutes.
  4. Lay cauliflower, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Slice leek in half rings. Rinse it well to dry.
  6. Parsnip cut into small cubes.
  7. Cut the cloves of garlic into 4 parts.
  8. In melted butter, darken leek, parsnip and garlic. Add nutmeg. Languish to transparency, not allowing toasting to leave vegetables white.
  9. Put the vegetables in the soup and boil for 7 minutes.

  11. Cut salmon fillet into portions. Salt and fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
