  1. Dice the potatoes and dip in boiling water. Cook 15 minutes.
  2. Rinse and dry sorrel and spinach. Cut noodles, petioles finely chop.
  3. Peel and chop the egg.
  4. Finely grate the carrots, chop the onion into a small dice.

  5. Fry carrots and onions in butter until golden brown.
  6. Put fried carrots and onions, broth to the potatoes add salt, bay leaf and pepper.
  7. After boiling add broken saury to pieces.
  8. Let it boil and put spinach with sorrel.
  9. After boiling, add chopped eggs and chopped onions to the soup with dill. Try on salt if you need to add salt.
  10. Cook the soup over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
  11. Serve with sour cream.
