  1. Roll out the finished yeast puff pastry with a rolling pin with a small amount of flour in one direction. Cut it into squares.
  2. Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with cottage cheese and herbs.
  3. Put the filling in the center of each square and pinch the dough with an envelope.
  4. Put each product on a baking sheet covered with paper and grease with yolk.
  5. Bake khachapuri at 180 degrees until formed golden crust.
