Insanely delicious and delicate cake! In our family for every New Year we cook this cake at home! Combination of tender honey sponge cake with nuts and insanely delicious cream! Believe me having made this cake once, you will cook it for everything the holidays.

- Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add 180 g butter, beat well.
- Add 3 tbsp honey, beat, add a packet of vanillin, whip.
- Sift flour and soda, beat well.
- Set the dough into 3 parts, pour into the mold, cover with foil and bake for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees (do not dry, readiness check with a stick).
- Remove foil from ready-made cakes and cover with a towel, give cool off.
- Cooking cream: beat 300 g butter, gradually add boiled beat condensed milk. Add vanillin, beat.
- We collect the cake: 1st cake, 1/3 cream, 1/2 nuts. Next is the 2nd cake, 1/3 cream, 1/2 nuts. Next 3 rd cake, 1/3 cream and 40 g grated chocolate. The cake is ready. Bon appetit.
