  1. Sort walnuts and chop in a combine until fine crumbs, mix with cinnamon. Divide into 2 parts.
  2. For syrup, mix honey, 1/2 cup sugar and a quarter cup water. Bring to a boil with constant stirring. Boil five minutes after boiling over low heat.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat with sugar ½ cup in strong foam.
  4. Roll out 1 layer of dough. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 10 min
  5. Place a layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper raw dough, grease with proteins, sprinkle with nuts.
  6. The second layer is already baked cake. Lubricate it as well proteins, sprinkle with nuts.
  7. The third layer is again raw dough. Make incisions on it and coat with yolk.
  8. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  9. Pour baklava with syrup over the entire surface, adding more syrup into cuts.
  10. Leave to soak overnight.
