  1. Boil the beans until tender.
  2. Pour onion and vegetable oil into the pan, fry until golden color.
  3. Add 1 tbsp flour, mix. Add red pepper, mix.
  4. Add broth, mix. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add boiled beans and 1.5 liters of water, mix. Add rice and 2 tsp of salt, cook for 25 minutes.
  6. Add chopped herbs, mix. Have a nice appetite.
