  1. Rinse the meat in cold water and put in a cold broth. Bring to a boil, remove the foam. Simmer under cover 40 minutes. To salt.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes.
  3. Rinse the lentils.
  4. Chop the onion into a small cube and sauté on cream oil.
  5. Put the meat out of the broth. Strain the broth, return to the fire, cut the meat in portions.
  6. Put the potatoes in a boiling broth, bring to a boil, remove the foam.
  7. Put meat, lentils, onions, bay leaves in the broth. Cook 15 minutes.
  8. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
