- Rinse the meat in cold water and put in a cold broth. Bring to a boil, remove the foam. Simmer under cover 40 minutes. To salt.
- Peel potatoes, cut into cubes.
- Rinse the lentils.
- Chop the onion into a small cube and sauté on cream oil.
- Put the meat out of the broth. Strain the broth, return to the fire, cut the meat in portions.
- Put the potatoes in a boiling broth, bring to a boil, remove the foam.
- Put meat, lentils, onions, bay leaves in the broth. Cook 15 minutes.
