  1. Rinse the rice in cold water.
  2. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
  3. Parsley root and onion cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the fish fillet into portions.
  5. Chop potatoes at random.
  6. Dice tomatoes.
  7. Fry parsley root in vegetable oil.
  8. Add onions and carrots to parsley. Fry until soft.
  9. Put chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. 5-7 minutes.
  10. Add flour to the frying, mix everything.
  11. In boiling water put potatoes, bay leaf, pepper.
  12. Bring to a boil and pour rice. Cook for 20 minutes on low fire.
  13. Lower the frying into the broth, mix and salt. Cook 10 minutes.
  14. Dip the fillet into the soup and cook until the fish is ready. 10-15 minutes.
  15. The soup is ready. To improve the taste of the soup, you need to let it infuse 10 minutes. Serve with a slice of lemon.
