- Rinse the rice in cold water.
- Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
- Parsley root and onion cut into small cubes.
- Cut the fish fillet into portions.
- Chop potatoes at random.
- Dice tomatoes.
- Fry parsley root in vegetable oil.
- Add onions and carrots to parsley. Fry until soft.
- Put chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. 5-7 minutes.
- Add flour to the frying, mix everything.
- In boiling water put potatoes, bay leaf, pepper.
- Bring to a boil and pour rice. Cook for 20 minutes on low fire.
