  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Remove the peel from the turnip, cut into small cubes in size potatoes.
  3. Grate the carrots.
  4. Onion cut into half rings.
  5. Rinse millet in hot water several times.
  6. Slices of potatoes and turnips in boiling water, cook 15 minutes.
  7. Clean the fish, cut into portions.
  8. Fold the pieces of fish into the pan, add the bay leaf. To bring to a boil, remove the foam.
  9. 15 minutes after boiling the fish put the millet in a pan, salt, cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Fry carrots with onions in vegetable oil until soft vegetables. Add pepper to them and add soy sauce. Fry until evaporating the sauce.
  11. Combine vegetable frying and fish soup. Boil everything on slow fire for 10 minutes.
  12. Soup should be allowed to brew for at least 10 minutes before put in plates and sprinkle with herbs.
