  1. Peel the mackerel from the insides and the black film.

  3. Cut the fish into portions.

  10. Put potatoes in the broth, cook for 15 minutes.
  11. Pass the carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
  12. Put the fried vegetables in the broth, add the millet and cook 15 minutes on low heat.
  13. Return to the broth pieces of fish, boil for 5 minutes. The soup is ready. When serving, you can sprinkle with herbs.
