  1. Clean the carp from the scales, gut it, remove the gills from the head.

  2. Cut into portions.
  3. Pour fish with cold water, put onion, chopped in half, coarsely chopped carrots and root parsley.
  4. Salt, add bay leaf, pepper. Allow to boil, remove foam and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Pull out the fish, remove the roots and onions, strain the broth.
  6. Put potatoes in large pieces into the broth.
  7. Boil until cooked on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Dice the tomato, leek in half rings. Drop in broth vegetables. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Return the fish to the broth and put chopped greens. Bring to boiling. The soup is ready.
