Kefir chebureks with minced chicken

  1. Knead the dough. In kefir add soda and salt, mix. Pour in vegetable oil and add flour. Knead the cool dough which you will have to roll out later.

  2. Leave the dough to rest under a napkin.

  3. Prepare the filling. Mix minced chicken with grated onions and chopped carrots on a fine grater. Add salt and spices. Mix well.

  4. Roll out the dough and cut large circles out of it. For this you can use the bowl.

  5. Place the filling in the center of each circle and fold in half. Pinch the edges. Fry chebureks in a skillet with vegetable oil 10 minutes on each side.
