- Rinse and clean the fish from the scales with a knife against growth flakes.
- Remove the insides.
- Slice the fish into pieces.
- Mix in a bowl flour with salt, pepper and spices from vegetables.
- Roll the fish in flour mixture and fry in sunflower oil about 5 minutes on each side.
