In a bowl, mix natural yogurt (great Greek), chopped cilantro, half lime juice, finely grated lime zest, freshly ground pepper and salt.

Wash salmon steaks, dry with paper towels (wipes), pour lime juice (½ pcs.), sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Fry the prepared salmon steaks in oil (2 tablespoons) on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until covered light brown crust.

Put the prepared aromatic salmon on plates, pour the sauce from yogurt, sprinkle with paprika and immediately serve on a table with hot mashed potatoes.
