  1. In a bowl, mix natural yogurt (great Greek), chopped cilantro, half lime juice, finely grated lime zest, freshly ground pepper and salt.

  2. Wash salmon steaks, dry with paper towels (wipes), pour lime juice (½ pcs.), sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

  3. Fry the prepared salmon steaks in oil (2 tablespoons) on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until covered light brown crust.

  4. Put the prepared aromatic salmon on plates, pour the sauce from yogurt, sprinkle with paprika and immediately serve on a table with hot mashed potatoes.
