  1. Rinse, clean, dry the fish.
  2. Separate the fillet from the bones and divide into 2 parts.
  3. Pour flour into the food bag, add salt and spices and mix.
  4. Add fish to flour, tie a bag and mix the fish with flour.
  5. Pour oil into a pan and turn on the fire.
  6. Fry fish on medium heat on both sides until golden crusts.
