I don’t like to fry fish in batter, so this recipe is simple recipe for cooking home fried fish without batter. I got pike fillet but this way you can fry any fish.

- 500 gr my pike fillet and dry thoroughly napkins.
- Salt with Adyghe salt, as in this salt there are seasonings I didn’t add anything extra, but you can pepper by desire.
- Rub the salt a little with your fingers in the fish.
- We warm well the vegetable oil and fry the fish with two sides for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
- For garnish, you can serve rice, potatoes or fresh vegetables.
