I don’t like to fry fish in batter, so this recipe is simple recipe for cooking home fried fish without batter. I got pike fillet but this way you can fry any fish.

  1. 500 gr my pike fillet and dry thoroughly napkins.
  2. Salt with Adyghe salt, as in this salt there are seasonings I didn’t add anything extra, but you can pepper by desire.
  3. Rub the salt a little with your fingers in the fish.
  4. We warm well the vegetable oil and fry the fish with two sides for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
  5. For garnish, you can serve rice, potatoes or fresh vegetables.
