  1. Clean the flounder, cut off the fins, tail, wash, salt, pepper, leave for half an hour.
  2. Roll the prepared flounder in a breading mixture and fry in vegetable oil for five minutes on each side.
  3. Separately, fry in a pan with vegetable oil finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  4. Then pour 150 ml of cold water into the onion, add the tomato sauce, lightly salt, pepper, boil, brown for another five minutes. When serving, put the fish in a dish, on top – sauce with onions, decorate as desired.
