- Clean the flounder, cut off the fins, tail, wash, salt, pepper, leave for half an hour.
- Roll the prepared flounder in a breading mixture and fry in vegetable oil for five minutes on each side.
- Separately, fry in a pan with vegetable oil finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- Then pour 150 ml of cold water into the onion, add the tomato sauce, lightly salt, pepper, boil, brown for another five minutes.
When serving, put the fish in a dish, on top – sauce with onions, decorate as desired.
