Recipes of preserves from fish at home

Mustard fill for fish preserves

For fish in mustard sauce you will need:

  • Headless fresh-frozen fish: mackerel or herring 1 PC
  • Vegetable oil 100 gr
  • Wine vinegar or apple 1.5 tablespoons
  • Spicy mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Ground coriander 1, / teaspoon
  • Allspice 4 peas
  • Lavrushka 1 leaf
  • Sugar and salt, 2 teaspoons

You can cook fish in mustard filling So:

(!) There may be parasites in fresh fish. If a freeze it, then all unnecessary “guests” are destroyed.

Peel the defrosted fish from the skin, gut and well rinse. Cut into pieces of the same size, add salt and sugar. Gently mix and place in prepared container beautiful rows.

Mix mustard with vinegar, add spices and calcined vegetable oil.

Fill the fish, close the lid tightly and put in refrigerator for three days.

Oil-spiced fish fill

For cooking spicy fish you will need:

  • Fresh-frozen fish 1 kg
  • Spice mix: basil, red pepper, coriander, caraway seeds, rosemary 1 table spoon
  • Allspice 3 peas
  • Lavrushka 1 pc
  • Carnation – buds 2 pcs
  • Dill greens
  • Salt 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 6% 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil (olive) 200 ml

You can make spicy oil preserves So:

Clean and gut half-thawed fish. Rinse running water and cut into pieces weighing no more than 50 grams for quick pickling.

If you doubt that the bones in the fish will become soft, then butcher it on filet. This is not forbidden.

Mix the spices with salt and sugar, add chopped bay leaf. Rub a lot of fish and put it in prepared containers.

Heat oil and pour vinegar, add cloves, crushed dill. Mix the flavor mixture well. Leave up cooling down.

With cooled marinade, fill the fish, tightly cork and send in the refrigerator for two days.

No less tasty and healthy homemade seafood preserves, but this is another tasty story.
