  1. Pour milk into the pan. Cut the vanilla pod and put in the pan. Put the pot on medium heat and bring the milk to boil, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
  2. When the milk boils, reduce the heat a little. Get the pod vanilla and add sugar. Dissolve a small amount of soda water and pour into the pan. Methodically stir milk.
