- Pour milk into the pan. Cut the vanilla pod and put in the pan. Put the pot on medium heat and bring the milk to boil, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
- When the milk boils, reduce the heat a little. Get the pod vanilla and add sugar. Dissolve a small amount of soda water and pour into the pan. Methodically stir milk.
- Milk will begin to darken after a while. And about an hour later it will begin to thicken. Reduce the heat to a minimum so that milk does not burnt.
- After 30 minutes, the milk will completely turn brown and thicken. Remove from heat and continue to stir for another 5 minutes, so that the mass is a little has cooled down.
