  1. Peel the garlic and onions. Garlic, one onion and half one grind chili peppers and mix with minced meat.
  2. Add the egg, bread crumbs and salt. Knead well and sculpt small balls. We put it on a tray and put in fridge.
  3. The remaining onion and chili peppers are cut into thin half rings and fry in 1 tbsp. spoonful of corn oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring.
  4. We wash the beans, add to the sauce and remove from heat.
  5. Sausages and sausages cut into circles 1 cm thick. Sausage cut into slices of the same size.
  6. In a stewpan, heat the remaining oil for 6 minutes fry minced balls. Add sausages and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the sauce, mix and cook another 3 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
