  1. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into rings with a thickness of 3 – 5 mm Fill the carrots in a saucepan and pour boiling water so that the water completely covered carrots. Boil it over high heat 4-5 minutes to soften. Drain the water.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, squeezed from excess moisture, egg, 50 g flour, leave the rest for boning, salt, pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. Paste the rest of the flour into a second bowl or on a plate.
  3. Wash cod, dry, cut into portions, check lack of seeds, roll in the remaining flour, then dip in a bowl of batter. Heat a frying pan with oil and a forced fire and lay out the pieces of fish. Fry fish for 1 minute on each side until rosy and crust. Then reduce heat to medium and fry another 8 – 10 minutes, periodically turning, until ready.
  4. In a second pan, heated over medium heat with oil, put broccoli, cauliflower and sauté for 3 – 5 minutes, stirring until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
