  1. Take fillet or pieces of carp, wash them.
  2. Spray abundantly with lemon juice, sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Let the fish stand in the refrigerator for several hours so that it soaked in lemon juice.
  4. Pour breadcrumbs mixed with flour into a bag.
  5. Put pieces of carp in a bag, tie it tightly. Caution tossing the bag, roll the fish.
