  1. Rinse and soak pearl barley for 10 hours.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut into large cubes.
  3. Dip the potatoes in a pan and pour boiling water. Cook after boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Rinse pearl barley, add water and boil for 10 minutes. Water drain, transfer the cereal to the potatoes. Salt, add pepper, Bay leaf. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Grind parsley root, carrots and garlic.
  6. Cut the onion into a medium dice.
  7. Fry onion with carrots, parsley and garlic in butter until soft carrots.
  8. Put the fried vegetables into soup. Allow to sweat on slow minutes of fire 10.
  9. Disassemble the fish into pieces and remove the bones.
  10. Put the fish in the soup along with fish juice.
  11. Strain on low heat for 5-10 minutes. The soup is ready.
