Add a little vegetable oil and small mix flour in portions.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each of them thinly and with using a rolling pin, transfer to a preheated dry to the pan.

Fry each pita bread for 1.5 minutes on each side. It is better do it under the hood.
