Argentina also loves to cook pizza. And as is customary in each national cuisine, they make it their own way. To have pizza tastier, the filling can be supplemented with spinach and ham.

  1. Mix water with milk and yeast. Leave for minutes ten.
  2. We mix flour with sugar and salt. Pour the yeast mixture olive oil and knead the dough.
  3. Fry chopped onions in a pan, season with salt and pepper and oregano.
  4. Roll out the dough into two parts, one slightly larger than the other. On spread a large half of the cheese, cover with the second part and wrap the edges.
  5. Pierce the top layer of dough with a fork. Spread the onion and the remaining cheese. Cook for 20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
