Delicious Argentinean pie, and essentially a casserole. Prepared from a large number of ingredients, but its basis is beef minced meat with vegetables. Let’s make such a hearty casserole in the oven for lunch or dinner.

  1. Fry minced meat with chopped sausage, onion, green onion, bell pepper. Once the mince is ready, add the tomatoes, bay leaf, pour the broth and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Then remove the bay leaf, season with paprika, salt and pepper and interfere.
  2. Cook potatoes in salted water for 20-25 minutes. After add butter, milk, pepper and nutmeg. Add the egg yolks, grated cheese and mix well until mashed.
  3. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes about 1 cm into the mold. Place the minced meat on top of the potato layer, sprinkle with chopped eggs and lay second layer of remaining mashed potatoes.
  4. Use a fork to wave on the second layer. We put cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
