  1. Pour tomato paste into a pan with a thick bottom. Add garlic, chopped into small pieces and chopped onion, root celery and ketchup.

  2. Introduce apple cider vinegar and honey into the bowl. Put on the weak fire and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. When the mixture thickens a little, add adjika and paprika.

  4. Hold on fire for another 10 minutes. The barbecue sauce is ready. Before Serving to the table, you can add greens.
