- Mix sour cream, kefir, egg, vegetable oil, melted butter and salt. We extinguish a teaspoon of soda with vinegar and add into the mixture. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough and leave.
- We cut the meat into cubes, about 1 cm. Potato cut into cubes. Chop the onion finely.
- Mix meat, onions, potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

- Roll out a piece of dough for the lid, cover the pie and pinch with the side edges of the dough.
- In the middle of the pie, make a hole the size of a coin and we cover it with a “ball”, we will pour our broth into this hole.
- Spread the pie with melted butter and set bake in the oven. At a temperature of 200 degrees for 2-2.5 hours.
- After an hour and a half, we take out the pie, open the “ball” and pour 1 glass of broth into it, close the “ball” and send back to bake the oven.
