  1. Mix sour cream, kefir, egg, vegetable oil, melted butter and salt. We extinguish a teaspoon of soda with vinegar and add into the mixture. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough and leave.
  2. We cut the meat into cubes, about 1 cm. Potato cut into cubes. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Mix meat, onions, potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour 300 ml into a small container. water, add 50 gr. butter, 1/3 tsp salt, bring to a boil and cook a couple minutes – and our broth for filling is ready.
  5. Mix the dough again with your hands and divide in the proportions of 1 to 3.

  9. Spread the pie with melted butter and set bake in the oven. At a temperature of 200 degrees for 2-2.5 hours.
  10. After an hour and a half, we take out the pie, open the “ball” and pour 1 glass of broth into it, close the “ball” and send back to bake the oven. Zur Belesh
