- We clear the fish of scales, entrails and gills, rinse and dry.
- Cut the onions in half rings and fry in olive oil.
- Cut the tomatoes in half rings.
- In a separate bowl, rub the zest with lemon, squeeze through press 3 cloves of garlic, add pepper, thyme, basil, salt and vegetable oil, mix everything.
- Cover the form with foil and grease with oil, put the fish, rub with garlic mixture, stuff with onions and tomatoes. Wrap up fish in foil but not tight.
- We send the fish to the oven for 40 minutes. 7-10 minutes before the end open the foil so that the fish is a little browned. Have a nice appetite!
