  1. We clear the fish of scales, entrails and gills, rinse and dry.
  2. Cut the onions in half rings and fry in olive oil.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half rings.
  4. In a separate bowl, rub the zest with lemon, squeeze through press 3 cloves of garlic, add pepper, thyme, basil, salt and vegetable oil, mix everything.
  5. Cover the form with foil and grease with oil, put the fish, rub with garlic mixture, stuff with onions and tomatoes. Wrap up fish in foil but not tight.
  6. We send the fish to the oven for 40 minutes. 7-10 minutes before the end open the foil so that the fish is a little browned. Have a nice appetite!
