The recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

  • 85 gr. butter
  • 3.25 Art. (600 gr.) Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 very large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp. premium flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. (110 gr.) Chopped walnuts
  • 2-3 tbsp. l fat cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. Lubricate and sprinkle with flour the tart tear mold (23 cm). Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the butter in a bowl in a water bath. Add 2 tbsp. chocolate chips, remove from heat and mix until chocolate melts. Set aside so that the mixture has completely cooled.
  2. In a bowl of an electromixer with a “spatula” nozzle, beat on medium-high-speed eggs, sugar, coffee and vanilla extract until light airy texture, about 3 min. Stir in the cooled chocolate. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, 1 tbsp. chocolate chips and walnuts.
  3. Add the flour mass to the dough and knead to combine Ingredients. Place in a pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. the middle of the tart does not rise (may appear on the surface cracks). Inside the tart will still be pretty soft. Let it cool to room temperature, then remove the sides of the mold.
