  1. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots, onions and zucchini.
  2. Zucchini cut into rings with a thickness of not more than 1 cm, each ring cut into 4 parts. Cut the carrots into thin rings. Bow – cubes.
  3. We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil. Spread zucchini, fry for 1 minute, salt, pepper. Add 50 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
  4. To the zucchini add carrots, onions and another 100 ml of water. Bring to boiling. Close the lid and simmer the vegetables over low heat 15 minutes.
  5. Cut the tomato into small slices, add to the stewed vegetables, mix. Stew for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add sour cream, mix. We wait 2 minutes and turn off the fire.
  7. Serve with a side dish or as an independent dish. Can decorate greens – parsley, dill or onions.
