Delicious zucchini stewed with vegetables and sour cream, – Appetizing and easy to prepare dish. Suitable as additions to any side dish, especially to potatoes (boiled or mashed potatoes). Braised zucchini can also be a full meal, indispensable for diet food. The dish is tender and fragrant, each piece literally melts in your mouth. - Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots, onions and zucchini.
- Zucchini cut into rings with a thickness of not more than 1 cm, each ring cut into 4 parts. Cut the carrots into thin rings. Bow – cubes.
- We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil. Spread zucchini, fry for 1 minute, salt, pepper. Add 50 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
- To the zucchini add carrots, onions and another 100 ml of water. Bring to boiling. Close the lid and simmer the vegetables over low heat 15 minutes.
- Cut the tomato into small slices, add to the stewed vegetables, mix. Stew for another 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream, mix. We wait 2 minutes and turn off the fire.
- Serve with a side dish or as an independent dish. Can decorate greens – parsley, dill or onions.
