Buckwheat groats is the queen of cereals. It is tasty, fragrant and very useful. Buckwheat porridge cooked with meat is called “merchantly.” Chicken breast makes this recipe dietary. We’ll cook at home a delicious “buckwheat” buckwheat porridge for lunch or dinner for the whole family!

  1. Rinse buckwheat, pour 2 cups of water and leave overnight.

  2. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Cut carrots circles.

  3. Pour buckwheat, carrots and chicken into the pan.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add spices. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the carrots soften.

  5. Buckwheat can be served with fresh vegetables.
