  1. Chop cabbage (I did this with the kitchen harvester).
  2. Put the cabbage in a preheated pan greased with sunflower oil. Sauté the cabbage for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 150 ml. water, mix and cover. Time extinguish under a lid for approximately 20 minutes. If the cabbage starts to burn, add a little more water.
  4. After quenching, salt the cabbage, add spices and ketchup. Stir and simmer a couple more minutes.
  5. Grind the garlic and add to the cabbage. Stir and simmer another 5 minutes. All stewed cabbage with ketchup is ready. When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal.
