  1. Three courgettes on a coarse grater, salt, let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Released juice squeezed well. In the resulting mass add yolks, sour cream, flour with baking powder, pepper, if required, still salt. Beat whites in foam, carefully pour into squash mass, gently mixing.
  3. We put parchment on a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil. Arrange parsley leaves.
  4. Put the dough on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
  5. We take out the cake from the oven, together with the paper we spread it on towel, leave for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Add parsley, dill and garlic to the curd cheese, all grind with a blender.
  7. Carefully separate the paper from the cake and grease the cake with the filling. We turn into a roll and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for impregnation.
  8. We get out and enjoy the most tender curd roll. Have a nice appetite.
