  1. Heat a pan with olive oil. Zucchini and onion finely slice.
  2. First, fry the onions for about 4 minutes, then add the zucchini. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Then add to the pan peas and finely chopped greenery.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them vegetables in a pan. Continue frying for another 5 minutes until the egg is cooked.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and leave it on hot pan for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Frittat can be served hot or cold. If desired, you can decorate with greens.
