An amazing combination of spices such as garlic, thyme and rosemary with parmesan give this unearthly side dish taste. Sliced zucchini and tubers of boiled young potatoes fry in a pan in butter with spices until golden crust and then sprinkled with grated parmesan and grilled again in the oven in grill mode to cheese melted and vegetables covered with a delicious cheese crust. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 medium tubers of young potatoes (red or white, with a diameter of about 4 cm.)
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 2 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half (width about 2.5 cm., 12 cm long.)
- 1/4 Art. grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil water. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool the potatoes. When it cools down cut the tubers in half.
- Place a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat. Add butter, garlic, thyme and rosemary and fry until oil does not melt, about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, salt and pepper slices of zucchini. Gently place the squash in the melted butter and potatoes, sliced down. Fry until golden brown. 12-15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven in grill mode. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Put the fried zucchini and potatoes on a baking sheet with slices up. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Put in the oven and fry until cheese not browned for about 4 minutes. Put on a plate and serve.
