- From the head, ridge and tail of pike perch, cook broth with laurel leaf and parsley root for 40 minutes.
- Take out the bones and strain the broth. Should get 2 liter of broth.
- In a fish broth put potatoes, sliced. Cook 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
- Chop onions and carrots, sauté on cream oil until a light brown onion.
- Put vegetables to the potatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
