  1. From the head, ridge and tail of pike perch, cook broth with laurel leaf and parsley root for 40 minutes.
  2. Take out the bones and strain the broth. Should get 2 liter of broth.
  3. In a fish broth put potatoes, sliced. Cook 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
  4. Chop onions and carrots, sauté on cream oil until a light brown onion.
  5. Put vegetables to the potatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Pike perch fillet cut into pieces and put in a pan.
  7. Crush the pepper in a mortar and pour into soup. Cook for 7 minutes.
  8. Pour green peas into the soup and cook for 5-7 minutes. If peas digest, it will become tough. The soup is ready!
