  1. Rinse the young potatoes thoroughly and boil until readiness (without purification) in salted water with laurel sheet. Drain and cool the potatoes.
  2. Squids clear of films. Cut into small slices and make diagonal notches on both sides with a knife. Or cut the squid into rings.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, wash my salad and wipe paper towel.
  4. For dressing, chop finely red onion, season with olive oil and wine vinegar, add salt.
  5. Preheat a frying pan with olive oil, fry calamari and potatoes until golden brown.
  6. Put potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes on a plate squid. Pour dressing and season with truffle oil.
