- Wash the potato thoroughly, put it in the pan, pour water and boil until tender over medium heat. Drain the water and leave to cool.
- Cut the pea pods into several pieces. Cherry tomatoes wash and cut into halves, wash the dill and chop finely.
- We clean the horseradish root and rub on a fine grater. Mix in a bowl of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, salt and pepper.
- When the potato has cooled, mix it with cherry tomatoes and peas, pour the resulting dressing, sprinkle with dill and serve.
