  1. Wash the potato thoroughly, put it in the pan, pour water and boil until tender over medium heat. Drain the water and leave to cool.
  2. Cut the pea pods into several pieces. Cherry tomatoes wash and cut into halves, wash the dill and chop finely.
  3. We clean the horseradish root and rub on a fine grater. Mix in a bowl of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, salt and pepper.
  4. When the potato has cooled, mix it with cherry tomatoes and peas, pour the resulting dressing, sprinkle with dill and serve.
