- Thinly chop the cabbage. Cut the cucumbers into thin straws. Kinzu finely chopped. Coarsely chopped peanuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, oil, sugar, salt, red pepper and garlic powder.
- In a deep container we spread cabbage, cilantro, cucumbers and pour the resulting dressing. All mix well. Sprinkle the finished salad with peanuts and serve.
