Yolk brushwood: video recipe


The dough for this dessert is used in the preparation of treats, without which not a single Kabardian wedding passes, is called dainty “CAPRON”.

I simplified cooking in this recipe and made it in shape brushwood. In any case, this is a very delicious dessert!

  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins, put the proteins in the refrigerator, in this we don’t need them anymore.
  2. Mix the yolks with a pinch of salt and 50 gr. Sahara.
  3. Add 2 tbsp. sour cream, pour a little sifted flour, knead the cool dough.
  4. Thinly roll out the dough, cut into small squares size, do brushwood as in the video.
  5. Fry in hot oil from two sides to golden colors.
  6. Sprinkle finished products with powdered sugar.
