This cake has a very good composition, without sugar, made from diet rice flour. But don’t eat the cake at night and in the evening, better in the morning.

- Soak gelatin in cold boiled water (150 ml) for forty minutes.
- Mix four tbsp. l rice flour, vanillin, two eggs, baking powder and 150 ml of yogurt.
- Pour the dough into a silicone mold, send it to the microwave for five to six minutes, setting maximum power.
- Cool the cake.
- Mix 150 g of strawberry puree, 300 g of yogurt and sweetener.
- Add melted gelatin, mix.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the cake on top, put it in the refrigerator at least three hours, but it’s better to leave it there overnight.
- We take out the finished frozen cake from the mold, pour over the remaining strawberry puree.
